  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 800 Meter Run

Equipment:
- Jump Rope
- Kettlebell
- Box


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The 800m run is to be done at the end as a finisher. Adjust weights and heights as needed for your fitness level.
