- 40 Toes-to-Bar
- 30 Box Jumps
- 20 Deadlifts
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Wall Ball
Instructions: Complete the prescribed reps of each movement in order, moving through the chipper as fast as possible. Rest as needed, but try to push through without long breaks to test your strength and endurance. Time cap: 20 minutes.
