Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete 21 wall balls and 21 power snatches, then 15 wall balls and 15 power snatches, and finally 9 wall balls and 9 power snatches as fast as possible. Aim to push the pace on both movements to finish under the time cap.
