  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Clean and Jerks

Box Height: 24 inches
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: Break up the reps as needed, but try to push through each movement efficiently to work towards completing the chipper in the time cap.
