Chipper Weightlifting Slam Ball

For Time:


  • 50 Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Slam Ball: 30/20 lbs
- Box: 24/20 inches
- Barbell: 185/135 lbs


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Start with the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder, then move on to the Box Jumps, Deadlifts, Toes to Bar, and finish with Handstand Push-ups. Complete the movements in order, chipping away at the reps until all are finished. Keep a steady pace and push through the fatigue.
