AMRAP Weightlifting GHD Machine

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Be sure to maintain proper form on the GHD sit-ups to protect your lower back. Adjust the weight on the deadlifts as needed to ensure proper technique throughout the workout.
