For Time:


  • 50 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 40 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 800 Meter Run

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the exercises in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next movement. The 800 meter run can be completed outside or on a treadmill. Adjust box height, wall ball weight, and TTB scaling as needed to maintain intensity.
