AMRAP Skill Box

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 Sit-ups

Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to jump explosively onto the box and maintain proper form throughout the push presses and sit-ups. Adjust weights and box height as needed for skill level.


Scoring:
Count total rounds and reps completed within the time cap.
