AMRAP Weightlifting BoxAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
- 8 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 6 Burpees over the Box
Score: Total rounds and reps completed in 15 minutes
Notes: Make sure to jump with control onto the box and fully extend at the top of each rep. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows for good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full 15 minutes.
