Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Weightlifting: Hang Power Cleans (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Alternate between the SkiErg and Hang Power Cleans for a total of 8 rounds each. Complete as many reps as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise. Keep track of your total reps for each movement.
