  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
  • Barbell Thrusters (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)

Barbell Weight: #95 / #65
Instructions: Perform each exercise in Tabata format, alternating between the Assault Bike and Barbell Thrusters. Rest 1 minute between Tabata rounds. The workout will consist of a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds on the Assault Bike, 8 rounds of Barbell Thrusters).
