Tabata Weightlifting Assault BikeTabata:
- Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
Weightlifting:
- 10 Deadlifts
- 10 Hang Power Cleans
- 10 Push Jerks
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Complete the Tabata Assault Bike intervals first, then move on to the weightlifting portion. Complete 10 reps of each movement without dropping the barbell. Rest as needed between rounds. Aim for speed and efficiency in your movements.
