- 10 Peg Board Climbs
- 20 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 40 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 50 Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The peg board climbs should be done with control and focus. Scale the weight and height as needed to maintain intensity. Time cap: 20 minutes.
