  • 5 Rope Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts

Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Each round, the number of rope climbs doubles while the number of deadlifts increases by 2. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts, but make sure you can perform them unbroken for the earlier rounds.
