- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Start with 1 rope climb and 10 handstand push-ups, then increase by 1 rope climb and 10 handstand push-ups each round. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
