AMRAP Strength Peg BoardAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Peg Board Ascents
- 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
- 20 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps and wall balls as needed. Be sure to maintain proper form on the peg board ascents to prevent injury.
