Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder
    • Handstand Hold or Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Wall for Handstand Holds or Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between the Slam Ball Over-the-Shoulder and the Handstand Hold or Handstand Push-ups for a total of 8 rounds each.
- The Tabata structure should push you to work at high intensity during the work intervals.
- Scale the handstand movements as needed to maintain good form and safety.
