AMRAP Weightlifting RopeAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 20 Sit-ups
- 1 Rope Climb
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed. Make sure to use proper technique on the rope climbs to avoid injury. Good luck!
