Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:
    • Resistance Band Deadlifts
    • Resistance Band Bent Over Rows

Instructions:
- Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds each.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
