Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata Style:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  • Alternating between:
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating between GHD Sit-ups and Deadlifts. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Keep track of your total reps for each movement to track progress.
