Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between:
- Box Jumps
- Deadlifts


Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort box jumps, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then perform 20 seconds of max effort deadlifts, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined. Adjust weight on the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
