Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next


Movements:
1. Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
2. Power Snatches (75/55 lbs)


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for each movement for a total of 8 rounds per movement.
- Aim for max reps during each 20-second work interval.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
