Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata:
- Power Snatches
- Overhead Squats
- Hang Power Cleans
- Front Squats


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Use a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the entire Tabata.

- Barbell

Focus on technique and maintaining intensity throughout each round. This workout will test your endurance and strength in various weightlifting movements.
