Tabata Weightlifting BenchTabata:
- Bench Press (95/65 lbs) for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Bent Over Rows (95/65 lbs) for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, aiming for as many reps as possible within that time frame.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each 20-second work interval.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next one.
- Choose a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.
