- Assault Bike (Calories)
- Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each exercise.
- Keep track of total calories on the Assault Bike and total reps of Deadlifts.
- Score is the total combined calories and reps completed in the Tabata intervals.
