Tabata Weightlifting Medicine BallTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for each movement:
1. Medicine Ball Cleans
2. Medicine Ball Thrusters
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of as many reps as possible of Medicine Ball Cleans, rest for 10 seconds, then continue to Medicine Ball Thrusters.
- Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Use a challenging weight for the medicine ball to push yourself during the Tabata intervals.
