Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds each):


  • Deadlifts
  • Hang Power Cleans
  • Front Squats
  • Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for good form throughout all 8 rounds.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. The goal is to maintain good form and intensity throughout the entire workout.
