Tabata Weightlifting Box

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between movements


Movements:
1. Box Jumps
2. Deadlifts


Equipment:
- Box
- Barbell


Weight:
- Barbell: #185 / #135


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Box Jumps, then rest for 10 seconds
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Deadlifts, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement)
- Score is total reps completed for both movements
