Tabata Weightlifting Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Alternating between:
- Squat Cleans
- Push Press
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible within each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Cycle through all 8 rounds for each movement before switching. Keep track of total reps for each movement.
