Tabata Weightlifting RowerTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Power Snatches
- Overhead Squats
- Hang Cleans
- Front Squats
Equipment:
- Barbell
- Plates
- Timer
Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
