Tabata:


  • Power Snatches for 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest x8
  • Box Jumps for 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest x8
  • Hang Clean and Jerk for 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest x8

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Choose a challenging weight for the barbell movements and a challenging box height for the box jumps.
