Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Peg Board Climbs
- Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
- Shoulder to Overhead (#135 / #95)
- Barbell Rows (#115 / #75)


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving to the next movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
