Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Wall Balls
  • Hang Power Cleans

Equipment:
- Wall Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between rounds. Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Score is the total number of reps completed for both Wall Balls and Hang Power Cleans combined. Adjust weight on the barbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
