Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Bench Press
  • Power Clean

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
- Use a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout.
