Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Style (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Wall Balls
  • Hang Power Cleans

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds each of Wall Balls and Hang Power Cleans. Rest 1 minute between movements. Choose a challenging weight for the Hang Power Cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.
