Tabata Weightlifting BoxTabata:
- Deadlifts
- Hang Power Cleans
- Front Squats
- Push Press
Equipment:
- Barbell
- Weight plates
Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.
