Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Scale weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Have a timer set up to track intervals accurately.
