- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
- Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
- Push Jerks (115/75 lbs)
- Front Squats (95/65 lbs)


Score: Total reps completed across all movements.


Notes: This workout will challenge your strength and endurance with a high-intensity Tabata format. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round and push yourself to keep moving during the work intervals.
