Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
    • Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of Wall Ball Shots before moving on to Power Snatches.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Tabata format will push your limits on both strength and conditioning, so pace yourself accordingly.
