Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:
- Bench Press
- Back Squat
- Deadlift
- Shoulder Press


Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Weights


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds, then move on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. The score is the total reps accumulated across all movements. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.
