Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:
- Bench Press
- Bent Over Rows
- Thrusters
- Deadlifts


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Choose a weight that allows for good form throughout the entire Tabata interval.


Equipment: Bench, Barbell, Weights
