Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise:
    1. Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
    2. Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)

Score: Total reps for each exercise combined.


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of Wall Balls before moving on to Hang Power Cleans.
- Score is the total number of reps accumulated for both exercises.
- Rest 1 minute between exercises.
