  • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
  • 10 seconds rest

Strength Focus:
- Perform 8 rounds of Tabata Wall Balls for max reps
- Focus on maintaining good form and hitting target depth on each rep


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of Wall Balls followed by 10 seconds of rest
- Rest 1 minute between rounds
- Score is total number of Wall Ball reps completed

- Choose a challenging weight for the Wall Ball to work on strength and endurance.
