Tabata Weightlifting Wall Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort Wall Balls
- 10 seconds rest


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds between each round. The goal is to maintain consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds.
