Tabata Gymnastics SkiErgTabata:
- SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
- Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds)
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on the SkiErg and then transition to the Handstand Push-ups.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across both movements.
- Modify the handstand push-ups as needed (pike push-ups, box handstand push-ups, etc.).
- Push yourself during the work intervals and try to maintain consistent effort throughout each round.
