Tabata:


  • Rope Climbs (4 minutes total)
  • Handstand Push-ups (4 minutes total)

Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Rope Climbs and Handstand Push-ups.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
