Tabata Gymnastics Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Pull-ups
    • Handstand Push-ups
    • Toes-to-Bar
    • Ring Dips

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds total. Keep track of your total reps for each movement for scoring purposes.
