Tabata:
- Box Jumps
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpees over the Box


Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

- Box
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups

- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
- Focus on maintaining good form and range of motion for each movement.
