Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off):


  • Rope Climbs

Strength Focus:
Focus on maintaining a strong grip and engaging your upper body muscles throughout each climb.


Instructions:
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for Rope Climbs. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata round. Push yourself to climb as high as possible each round, focusing on technique and efficiency.
