Tabata Skill Barbell

Tabata:

  • Toes-to-Bar

Skill Emphasis: Focus on efficient and quick cycling of the barbell for the snatch, and maintaining a strong kip swing for the toes-to-bar.


Instructions: Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between snatch and toes-to-bar. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval.
